Ayomide is a passionate advocate for people-driven development in Africa, dedicated to advancing
the continent through advocacy and unwavering support for humanitarian causes aligned with the
African Union's Agenda 2063. She is a multilingual professional and author with over four years of
expertise in strategic communications, brand management, and business consulting.
Ayomide's core values revolve around integrity, excellence, and empathy. She consistently
demonstrates her ability to negotiate effectively, manage teams, solve problems, and influence
decision-making processes. Her deep passion for education, community development, nationbuilding, and sustainability drives her work.
Currently, Ayomide leads Chara's Haven Limited (CHL Africa), a social enterprise she founded with a
vision inspired by Africapitalism—championing sustainable economic prosperity and social impact by
supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Africa. Additionally, she co-founded the
Kavod Heritage Foundation, where she coaches children and teenagers and organises outreaches to
impact underserved children across the continent.
Ayomide holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language from Obafemi Awolowo University, IleIfe, Nigeria, and is pursuing a Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Rome Business
School, Nigeria. She also holds a Diploma in French and is a member of the FORBESBLK community.
She has participated in prestigious leadership programs including YIAGA Africa's Community
Organising Institution, the McKinsey Forward Program, and She Leads Africa's High Growth Coaching
Program.
Ayomide’s work is deeply rooted in her belief in Africapitalism, where business growth and social
wealth creation go hand in hand. Her commitment to fostering sustainable development through
strategic initiatives continues to inspire and drive positive change across Africa.
